You are invited to Woking Borough Council’s\u00a0Working for Woking\u00a0breakfast briefing, at the H.G. Wells Conference and Events Centre, on Wednesday 17 October from 7.30am to 9.30am.<\/p>\n
The event enables the\u00a0local authority to consult local business rate payers on its proposals for expenditure over the forthcoming financial year. In addition, speakers will share details on major events and developments in the Borough, as well as the Council’s efforts to grow the economy with stakeholders and partner organisations.<\/p>\n
Speakers include the Leader of the Council, Cllr David Bittleston, as well as members of the Corporate Management Group, such as Chief Executive Ray Morgan OBE, and representatives of local businesses.<\/p>\n
