Dial-a-Ride is a door to door transport service for residents of Woking Borough who have reduced\u00a0mobility or a disability which prevents the use of normal public bus services. Our buses are specially adapted to cater for people with all disabilities including those using wheelchairs. Assistance dogs are welcomed.<\/p>\n
You do not have to have a disability in order to use Bustler Dial-a\u2013Ride. The service is available to young and old alike, whether your mobility difficulty is as a result of permanent or temporary disability, age, accident or illness. An escort may travel with you too if you need extra assistance.<\/p>\n
We provide a reliable, personal and friendly service designed to help you enjoy greater freedom and independence \u2013 all our drivers are fully trained to ensure your journey is as comfortable and easy as possible.<\/p>\n
Bustler can take you into Woking Town Centre, to visit friends, relatives, or one of the many leisure facilities within Woking Borough.<\/p>\n
Dial-a-ride, is a multiple pick-up, multiple drop-off, door-to-door service. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance, however the schedule timings may not be confirmed until the day before travel.<\/p>\n
We will always try to arrive at the requested time, but due to the nature of the service, we may arrive up to 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after the booked time. This can be due to customers cancelling on the day or a customer requiring more time, traffic and weather conditions may also cause changes to the schedule.<\/p>\n
If you have concerns about vehicle arrival times, on the day of travel, please contact the booking line.<\/p>\n
The service operates between 09.30 am and 2.30 pm Monday to Friday \u2013 all times refer to first and last pick-ups.<\/p>\n

Bustler operates across Woking Borough \u2013 from Brookwood and Knaphill in the west to Byfleet in the east. We will collect you from your front door and take you wherever you wish to go in Woking \u2013 and bring you home again of course!<\/p>\n
In Woking Town, you can be dropped off at one of\u00a0two drop off points:<\/p>\n
\n- Civic Offices for the Peacocks shopping centre, New Victoria Theatre, Cinemas, Library, and Town Square;<\/li>\n
- Commercial Way for Wolsey Place (east), Christ Church, Barclays Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Bustler Dial-a-Ride can also drop you off at any of the Centres for the Community, supermarkets, Health Centres, doctors surgeries and Woking Community Hospital.<\/p>\n
In order to make a trip on Bustler Dial-A-Ride, you must first become a registered user. To do this, go to the\u00a0Membership<\/a>\u00a0page, and then complete and submit the form.<\/del><\/p>\nOnce you have been registered, you will be given a membership number.<\/p>\n
