Woking Community Transport (WCT) was once again proud to support the Woking Lions on Christmas Day. WCT provided two vehicles with drivers free of charge to bring local residents in for the Woking Lions traditional Christmas Lunch at the Moorcroft Centre in Westfield.
The vehicles WCT made available are specially adapted low floor variants to assist passengers who are unable to access other forms of transport and therefore might not otherwise be able to attend. Drivers, Richard Shaw and Stephen Morris were delighted to be able to assist bringing in more than 20 elderly and disabled local residents to this popular annual event which was also attend by Woking Mayor Cllr. Beryl Hunwicks.
